Storage of your goodies Q: How long are my cookies good for? A: Cookies are best when consumed within the first week of receiving them. If needed you may put them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh a few days longer.
Q: How do I store my cookies? A: If you do not wish to eat all of your sweet treats at once you may put them in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh for longer. When you want to enjoy them again, take them out of the refrigerator or freezer and let them thaw for 1-2 hours.
Q: How do I store my cupcakes? A: If you would like to serve them later in the day, please keep them refrigerated. If you would like to enjoy them a different day you may store them in the freezer then when you're ready to eat them, let them thaw for 1-2 hours.
Shipping Information Q: How do my cookies come? A: When cookies are shipped, we ship them in our custom-made cookie jar boxes.
Q: How long will my cookies take to arrive? A: Orders are typically processed between 12-24 hours. When shipped out your cookies should arrive between 3-5 business days.
Q: Are all cookies available for shipment? A: Most cookies are available for shipment but we ruled out a few cookies due to some cookies being too delicate to ship.
Ordering Information Q: How do I add a note to my order? A: Before you add your item to your cart, in the text box you may write a note and any specifications you would like. We cannot promise all specifications, but we will try our best to accommodate them.
